IT Coordinator — Role Description

CAQ is seeking a volunteer IT Coordinator with both a passion for croquet and technology. This role supports CAQ and its affiliated Clubs by ensuring the smooth operation of CAQ’s systems and providing practical IT assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Website
• Coordinate other personnel carrying out tasks which are communications related - social media, promotions, live-streaming as well as members of the CAQ Management Committee
• Work remotely to support CAQ’s IT needs.
• Provide technical support to CAQ Management and Clubs.
• Offer basic training and guidance to Clubs on IT systems.
• Advise CAQ on compliance, data protection, and best practices.
• Assist with technology requirements for events and competitions
