Bruce completed 6 triple peels in his games and will now go on to represent Queensland in the Croquet Australia Gold and Silver Medals in March. He will be up against the Bronze Medal winner from each state in the March 25 event.
The runner up was Troy McCallum after an exciting 3rd day of the competition. Dave Luxmore, who came third maintained winning form including a triple peel in his last game of Day 2.
The standard of play from all entrants was high and the event had everyone engaged right to the end.
