Events held under the CAQ management are played under the current WCF Laws of Association. Please read the full CAQ Tournament Regulations at https://www.croquetqld.org/library/policy-documents
During their turn, both players of the side are on the court together and play alternate strokes. The event will be played under Alternate Stroke Level Doubles Play, which is outlined in Law 48 of the Seventh Edition of the laws. This law gives a comprehensive explanation of how the game is to be played under the laws and anyone considering entering should read this law.
This event is a great opportunity for player development and any player wishing to improve their game would be well advised to enter the event with an experienced partner.
Registration starts 7.30am
Play Starts: 8am
Hoops will be set at: 3 11/16” with an upward tolerance of zero and a downward tolerance of 1/32”
Games will be timed at: 2.5hrs
The draw will be made by the selection committee after 27 Sept and will be available at least the day before the commencement of the event and will be published on croquetscores.com
