Club Hire

The Point Lookout Croquet Club and clubhouse are available to hire for events. Please contact them for more information.

More Information

The Club was officially formed in 1898 and according to press reports at the time a large gathering of women and men numbering more than 100 attended the opening at the grounds in North Street. The grounds at that time were on the lawns of “Stirling” a home a block closer to the Mary River. The Club moved to its present site in 1903.

We believe that the Club is the oldest Croquet Club in Queensland. Point Lookout has 4 full size lawns. Visitors and new members are always welcome.
